Ingredients
- 500g fresh fish (Rohu or Hilsa preferred)
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 3-4 green chilies
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- Salt to taste
Cooking Method
Heat mustard oil in a heavy-bottomed pan. Fry the fish pieces lightly and set aside. In the same oil, add onions and cook until golden brown.
